How Whatnot fees work in 2026

Whatnot charges two fees on each sale. Commission is a percentage of the item price only: 8% for most categories at the Standard tier and 4% for coins and money. Payment processing is 2.9% + $0.30 on the full order the buyer pays, including shipping and tax.

Since 2026, commission falls as your sales grow. Your tier is set by total sales across all categories in a four-week period and applies to the next period.
